És un dels membres més elegants i discrets de l’electrònica francesa. Criat a Grenoble i influenciat per Kraftwerk, l’italo disco, el cold wave i l’EBM, també s’ha apropat al techno de Detroit i així ha forjat el seu estil. Juntament amb Kiko, Oxla i el segell GoodLife, The Hacker ha aconseguit posar Grenoble i el french touch al mapa internacional del techno.
